A Gentle Unfolding

The first session is truly a gentle beginning. There’s no assessment pressure, no "test" to pass, and absolutely no expectation to share everything at once.

We'll simply take our time to get to know one another and gently explore what has brought you to counselling – always at a pace that feels genuinely right for you. You are completely welcome to pause, reflect, or take your time finding the words.

My paramount focus is on cultivating a sense of safety, trust, and connection. Collaboratively, we’ll consider what kind of support feels most helpful for you right now and envision how we can best work together moving forward.
