Even doing some of the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming and difficult when faced with depression. Counselling with me offers a safe, non‑judgemental space to slow down and make sense of what you are going through. Through a “conversational” approach, we explore current stresses in your life, past experiences, relationship patterns, and how you speak to yourself internally.
How we may work together is to:
Clarify what you are feeling and how this makes sense now.
Gently challenge harsh self-criticism and build a kinder inner voice.
Develop tools to help become aware and improve low mood, worry, and overwhelm.
Support you to reconnect with people, values, and activities that matter to you.
